Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between VOWD (“we”, “our”, “us”) and you (“you”, “your”, “Member”) regarding membership and use of our services. By applying for and/or joining VOWD, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. VOWD means Vowd Ltd. Membership Types
Community Access
Community access is free of charge Provides access to our network; introductions are not guaranteed Community access still required a complete application process and approval before joining.
Membership
Membership costs £1,000 per month There is a minimum commitment period of 3 months Membership fees are charged monthly in advance, based on your personal membership start date On average each member receive 3-5 options per month After the minimum term, membership continues on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled.
SERVICES PROVIDED
VOWD provides a private, curated relationship introduction and dating service, including personal interviews, profiling, curated introductions, and support from a dedicated Relationship Manager. VOWD facilitates introductions but does not guarantee compatibility, chemistry, relationships or outcomes.
Cancellation
By the member
Membership cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month commitment period After the minimum term, membership may be cancelled by submitting written notice to: hello@vowd.co
Membership is billed based on the Member’s personal start date To cancel, the Member must provide one full billing cycle’s notice before their next billing date.
If notice is received less than 7 days before the billing date, cancellation will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Membership remains active until the end of the final paid billing period.
By cancelling, your membership place will be released. If you wish to rejoin, reapplication is required and re-entry is not guaranteed.
By VOWD
VOWD reserves the right to end a membership with 14 days’ written notice in order to protect the integrity and standards of the community.
In cases of serious misconduct, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that undermines the safety or integrity of the community, VOWD may terminate membership immediately and without refund.
Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
All membership fees are final and non-refundable once services have commenced, including profile creation, onboarding and search activity.
If a payment fails or is declined, VOWD reserves the right to suspend services until payment is resolved. The Member remains responsible for any outstanding fees.
Privacy
All Member information is treated with strict confidentiality.
Member profiles are not public and are only shared with your consent for the purpose of introductions.
VOWD complies with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and store your personal data.
Member Obligations
By joining VOWD, you agree that:
You are legally single or separated, to the best of your knowledge.
You have disclosed any relevant criminal convictions.
You are not professionally affiliated with any other matchmaking or dating agency.
All information provided is accurate, honest and truthful.
You will treat all introductions with respect, courtesy and discretion.
You will not share details of any other.
Members without consent You agree not to attempt to contact another.
Member outside of a VOWD-facilitated introduction.
You will not use VOWD for any commercial, abusive, or unlawful purposes Each introduction suggestion is valid for 30 days. After this period, it will expire.
Code of Conduct
VOWD operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, manipulation, or inappropriate behaviour. Membership may be suspended or terminated without refund if these standards are not met.
Limitation Liability
VOWD facilitates introductions but does not guarantee outcomes.
VOWD does not arbitrate disputes between Members.
VOWD does not carry out background or criminal checks unless explicitly requested and makes no warranties or representations regarding the legal, marital or psychological status of Members.
VOWD is not responsible for the behaviour, actions or compatibility of other Members.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOWD excludes liability for any loss, damage or dispute arising from your participation in our services.

By ticking the box at checkout, signing your Membership Agreement, or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
