What is the vetting process like?

We don’t match just anyone. Every applicant is carefully screened before joining. Application: You begin with a detailed form that helps us understand your values, lifestyle, and relationship goals. Who will I be meeting?

How do I cancel my membership?

Simply text your personal connector. We require one month’s notice, starting from the 1st of the following month. Your spot is limited—if you cancel, you may need to reapply, and re-entry isn’t guaranteed. Example: Cancel on June 15 → Membership ends August 1.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year, in 1-month increments, starting from the 1st of the upcoming month. Example: Pause requested on June 15 → Pause begins July 1.

How do you store my personal details?
