How is VOWD different from online dating?

What is the vetting process like?
Application: You begin by completing a detailed application form that helps us understand who you are and what you’re looking for in a relationship. Personal interview: If approved, you’ll have a one-to-one interview with a member of our team. Identity check: We discreetly verify key details to ensure safety and authenticity. Emotional readiness: We assess whether you’re genuinely ready for a committed relationship before introducing you to anyone in the network. Final review: Our team makes the final decision. Only those we feel we can genuinely match and who feel right for the Vowd network are accepted to join. We take vetting seriously because real connection requires real intention.
Who will I be meeting?
Every member in our network is personally interviewed, vetted and approved. You’ll only be introduced to people who match your preferences and relationship goals.
Will my profile will be visible to the public?
Never. Your information is handled with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. It’s shared only with your consent and only with potential matches.
How many matches will I receive?
We focus on quality over quantity. Members are typically presented with 3–5 thoughtfully selected profiles each month. To begin with, we may share a slightly broader range of options as we get to know you and your preferences, before becoming more targeted over time.
Is there a minimum membership term?
Yes. Membership is billed monthly from your start date, with a 3-month minimum commitment. After this, it continues on a rolling monthly basis.
How do I cancel my membership?
Simply send us a message via WhatsApp or email hello@vowd.co to let us know you’d like to cancel. As spaces are limited, cancelled memberships require re-application, and re-entry is not guaranteed. In order to cancel your membership, we require one month’s full notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of that final billing cycle.
How do you store my personal details?
Your information is stored securely and in full compliance with GDPR. We share limited data only with trusted service providers (e.g. payment partners and CRM systems). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
